This work is mainly focused on the beautiful stage of adolescence, at which we live and it isworth noting that one of the most difficult to deal with, is at this stage where we learn new thingsand acquire new knowledge and experience. This is also in addition to the most commonproblems they face everyday teens and which must be overcome yet, being in front of them, they should know how to act and how to say no when you are unprepared or unwilling tosomething. We chose this topic as well, because we are in a difficult age and that is why wewanted to relate our work to our stage and the changes and challenges we are facing as part of our development. This is a very complex issue and turn covered several topics, but we wanted to choose theprincipal and to observe, afflict the youth of today. To do a good job, as required by our teacher, had to dive and an extensive literature search, enough to get a job at the end of good qualityand that is useful to the reader. Importantly, we go through different stages and this is especiallyadolescence the most complicated and causing more problems.  There are stages in the teen encounters many new things I want to experience, risk is part of the fun in your life, there is concern and act inadvertently. That's why fall into problems whicheventually repent, as these leave traces of pain in his life, and happiness is fading. Period isshort lived and it means a lot for everyone and this is where people reach differentdevelopments, it is in this that the teen is in the beginning of youth, as it goes through manythings good and bad.The solution of many problems is achieved when each person is on the road to face theresponsibility of the acts committed and should not be influenced by others, each person ownshis own destiny. The friends in the teen's life mean a lot to him as these are what convey joy toyour life, at this stage the adolescent feels the need to be free to act without restriction, is whyare detached from the power of the parents, yet do not realize that this world we are in, he hasmany things to get your attention, the teen should not let the current drag on the error and bethe master of his body, has the duty of care and the ability of intelligence possessed, todistinguish between what is good and bad for their future. For the adolescent infatuation is the cause of their problems, because when you are attracted tosomeone will do anything to get his attention by exposing their own health and that your partner is more damage is done. The family is fundamental in the development of adolescents, and thatif parents do not give a due importance to problems with their children, make them morevulnerable to falling into error. The physical changes that occur in teens are caused by the production of hormones found inthe body of every person from birth. These make possible the growth and sexual developmentof adolescents, both testosterone and estrogen are essential part of this process. Body changesvary, can be anticipated or delayed depending on heredity, food and the environment in whichthe adolescent develops.During adolescence young people expand their circle of social interaction and begin to developfriendly relations. Friendly relations almost completely replace the broken family relationshipsand the relationship he had previously between parents and children because this gives moreimportance to friends because they think their parents do not understand them. This is aprivileged stage for friendship, because in this age the adolescent lives requires manyexperiences and share them with who also is in this stage of life where peer pressure takes avery important role.Besides that males can distinguish the most common changes are made much higher development of the arms, legs and trunk, appearance of pubic and axillary and specific changesin men's voice is serious, the muscles are strengthened , appearance of seminal or spermsegregation and the appearance of a beard and mustache. In women specific changes are: thevoice is high, development of breasts, hips, onset of menstruation and the increased size of thevagina and uterus. These physical changes may relate to psychological changes as they maturebefore individuals are better adapted than their contemporaries who mature later. The physical changes that occur during puberty are responsible for the appearance of sexualinstinct. At this stage your satisfaction is complicated due to both the many social taboos, and  the absence of adequate knowledge about sexuality. On the other hand, some teenagers arenot interested or do not have information about birth control methods or symptoms of sexuallytransmitted diseases. As a result, the number of girls who have children at this age and theincidence of venereal disease are increasing. The transition begins as a result of the need to assert themselves, to form a self differently fromparents who have been together so far, with the need for autonomy, intellectual and emotionalindependence is no longer the teen parents' for the others, especially friends. The teenager bythe age at which it is, wants to spend more time with their friends, and that they can find a better environment either for fun, to study or just feel good. The search starts in the peer group of friends that is identified and unlike adults. Appears Faux desire idols, to showcase their athleticabilities, to compete. The crisis of identity is the main problem that the teenager must face. Thecombined effect of the physical and social changes often psychologically devastating. Emotionalstability, control, balance and consistency acquired during previous years are shocked.Sexual maturation of children is occurring earlier and earlier, motivated by different causes, which are mixed, good nutrition, early stimulation. Pubertal changes occurring in adolescentsinevitably cause an increase in pressure instinctive, which leads to an increase in sex drive. Theadvancement of menstruation also accompanied by attitudes and behavior toward the oppositesex, which can lead to an early exercise of sexuality.Young people of this age are involved directly or indirectly with one of the great evils of our time.Today's teens are exposed to a variety of social problems which we try to solve every day andyet we have some who escape from our hands. This chapter will discuss the drug which is aproblem that is dragging more and more victims who are mostly teenagers. Since our age iseasier to fall into this terrible vice.Sometimes young people inadvertently try drugs out of curiosity or because they want to runaway from problems or simply because the group to which the press are bound to do, so itbecomes a drug addict unwittingly. Many young people start using drugs and think they cancontrol when they want to stop using but unfortunately over time are dependent on this service. To avoid these problems should take the following precautions both parents and adolescents.Trust themselves to be able to deal with problems, but sometimes there are mistakes, learn todiscover their abilities and develop the skills to handle difficult situations that occur throughoutlife. One of the elements that can lead to teen gangs is this sense of belonging that develops inside, this covers a very important need in the teen because as we have seen are mainly from familieswhere they feel or disintegration are excluded from this space. Therefore need much morespace than other adolescents which they feel supported. This space is located in the gang.Importantly, many teens and young gangs are the only space in which they can be and beaccepted, apparently not much to choose or do not know these other options. Among the things that parents can do to prevent their children from entering bargains calls thismeet the friends of their children, how to influence them and what they do when they aretogether. Talk to them about the dangers of gangs. Do not buy or allow them to wear gang. This  could attract unwanted attention from people. Spend your free time with their children. Play withthem. Contact. Good communication is open, frequent and positive. This will allow your childrento express themselves and trust you. Adolescence is a critical stage of life marked by rebellion, therefore, truancy power also at thatstage of life. Truancy can have different causes. Some economic, for example, there arechildren who are forced to work to contribute their bit to the domestic economy. This type of situation can ever be more rooted in the context of the economic crisis. In other cases, youngpeople are influenced by what they do classmates because teens give too much power to theopinions of others. Truancy refers to truancy are not justified. Therefore, it is suitable for anylack of support, the father write a receipt for a child it handed to the teacher.Sometimes when boys and girls grow older, we find it difficult to force them to go to class. Weknow it is not easy, but you can. The / as adolescents begin to experience changes in their bodies, in their mood and their sensitivity and do not know how to handle them. This is a time of finding one's identity. Sometimes these changes confound and confuse parents, who do notknow how to tackle them.Families who are actively involved in the educational process, both at school and at home, provide the essential support, aid, values and high expectations that are crucial for theadolescent perceives the importance of education. The involvement of parents actively andregularly significantly increases the potential of the studentfor academic success.Normally, the parents know how to specify what they want and how to set rules. In other words, parents set the rules and expect compliance. Unfortunately, many people wait until the rule isdisobeyed and then decide what will be the consequence. In establishing the rules, parentsshould avoid adopting only what they expect their children to do. It is important to put rules, being told the teenager: this is the rule and this is the consequence. Most teenagers refuse the protection of parents and want to be independent and autonomous, but at the time when their parents do not attend are more vulnerable and susceptible thanpeople of other ages. Therefore, it is recommended that adults believe teens to a climate of confidence so they know they have nowhere to turn without feeling pressured or overprotected. Although they seem from another planet, teens share our world and with a little patience andtolerance can go with at this stage of his life that, among other things, strengthen appropriateeating habits that will ensure a good quality of life during their adult stage.
