I gained expertise in taking Health Benefits’ AnnualEnrollment, Payroll, Retirement & Savings, Training, Recruitingand Applicant for different US clients ã I have helped in Team process improvement, implementingdesigning study material, standard operating procedures update, ã I have helped Manager in daily activity like attendance, transporttracking and timely reporting, performance reporting, SLreporting and making daily worksheets and graphs. ã Worked as Quality Analyst and Trainer  and got promoted as Team Developer  and working in the same profile for last 1 year. Quality Analyst:   ã My role as quality assurance specialist included evaluating associates on their givenassignments and providing feedbacks. ã To give training in special domains and process and mentor them through the certificationprocess, after certification help them in their learning curve. ã Motivational sessions and one-one feedbacks for tailoring their workspace anddevelopmental prospects.
